The V-3 H67B Vortech System on their wicked track car is the exact same kit you can buy for your FR-S, BRZ, or GT86.
The list of modifications to this car is extensive, with a veritable whose-who of aftermarket parts. In addition to the Vortech V-3 H67B supercharging system set @ 9psi, the car features a Borla UEL header, Koyo radiator, Mishimoto oil cooler, Motiv over pipe, Invidia resonated front pipe, and FT-86 SpeedFactory V2 catback exhaust. The suspension and brakes got the full treatment as well, with Fortune Auto Dreadnought adjustable coilovers, Cusco rear control arms, Whiteline front and rear swaybars, AP Racing Sprint big brake kit, and an FT-86 SpeedFactory front strut tri-bar. Drivetrain upgrades include an ACT lightweight street clutch kit, MFactory gears with 4.67 final gear, MTEC shift springs, and a KartBoy short shifter. The exterior got a Rexpeed carbon fiber lip kit, a Driveway Labs rear diffuser, and the wing is an APR GT-250 model. Inside you’ll find Sparco Evo seats & harnesses, an AP Essex harness bar, and an MTEC shift knob. Wheels and tires are 18 x 9.5 Enkei RPF1s, wrapped in 265/35/18 Hankook RS3′s.
Recently, their FR-S was the fastest FT86 on the autocross track at 86Fest. They ran the car hard all weekend in the heat, demonstrating both the reliability and performance of the Vortech Supercharging System for the FT86 platform. After returning home to Iowa, they took the car to Iowa Speedway and took it out on the track for some additional heavy lapping, passing cars at will with the aid of their additional Vortech boosted power.
